1. SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days, 1-2 weeks for custom orders, out of stock items and livestock depending on shipping condition. There is a 2 hrs live arrival for reef fish but no live arrival guarantee for sharks and rays from our side and cargo claim must be made on the receiver's end

a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax. b. International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your non live items for a prompt exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 of the purchase date will be credited for future purchase only (excluding shipping charges). Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 24hrs of receipt of package.
In case following conditions are not met Aquatopled.Com reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
- items and packaging must be received in new condition
- the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged
- packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
- return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

Before returning package you need to contact shipping@aquatopusa.Com to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can use phone number listed below or e-mail us. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.

Aquatopreef.com is committed to provided healthy pets for your long-term enjoyment. We stand behind every animal with the following guarantees.

Signature Required - We require signature on all of our orders. This is the best way to guarantee that you will be able to pick up your shipment at the air cargo at the time the package will arrive.

Live Guarantee

If an animal arrives DOA, Aquatopreef.com will ship a FREE replacement but there are no refund. Should the DOA is cause by the airline, a claim must be submitted with the air carrier from the receiver side and a free replacement is voided.

#1 PICTURE - Provide Proof

You must declare the death of the animal to the air carrier and take a picture of the deceased animal for confirmation purposes and our shipping box label MUST be included in the pictures. The best way to do this is lay the deceased animal belly up on top of the shipping label (the box your order came in). If you don't have a camera, do not expect us to honor our guarantee. Please keep the animal until your FREE replacement has been approved.

#2 Notify Us by Email

You must notify us by email immediately upon opening the box. Our guarantee is only valid if you report any problems with the airline at the time of arrival and within the guarantee period of an hour of arrival.

Note: Our terms are clear and defined in order to provide a fair and equitable transaction for both you and Aquatopreef.com - If you are fair and understanding of us, we will show the same respect to you. We want your future business and greatly value your satisfaction and praise.

Things We Do Not Guarantee

Just for your information, here are a few things we do not guarantee at any time.

#1 We do not guarantee that your animal will look exactly like the picture provided on the website. Live animals are diverse and unique. Some have subtle changes during different seasons.

#2 We do not guarantee that animals will be free of parasites or other unseen internal and external issues.

#3 We do not guarantee that your animal is the exact size representated on the website. Sizes are ballpark. If you require a very specific size, please let us know in the order comments and we will do our best.

#4 We do not guarantee the sexing, except for sharks and rays. We do our very best to sex your order. We want highly satisfied customers but sometimes sexing can be difficult.

#5 We do not guarantee the animal’s health after it has entered your aquarium

Your order is a legally binding contract. By placing your order you acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and agree to our terms of sale. We are not responsible for customers that ignore these terms of sale.
